Thaddeus acts as an adviser and coordinator, not as the direct provider of financing, financial instruments, custody or other regulated financial services. Where required, those services are contracted with and delivered by appropriately authorised third-party providers, subject to their own acceptance, approvals and terms.
Each engagement defines the scope, fees and responsibilities of the parties. Thaddeus remains responsible for its own agreed advisory and coordination duties and does not guarantee a provider’s approval, funding or performance.
