On 24 September, Thaddeus announced the counterparty’s financing approval for the development presented by FTV Group Advisors SL: 98 planned villas on 34,017 m². The coordination work is documented; final agreements, checks and construction follow their respective stages.

They are company-reported values of client projects at different stages. The 2025 net figure deducts projects on hold. They are not invested capital, assets under management or evidence that every project has completed.
