UAE investment continues to reach across international markets. In its 6 October report, Agenparl examines where Emirati capital is being directed and the sectors attracting attention, including technology, infrastructure, energy and logistics.
The figures cited by Agenparl put UAE outward foreign direct investment at approximately USD 63.4 billion in 2025. The report separately describes Mubadala’s geographic portfolio allocation: 44% in North America, 15% in Europe and 13% in Asia-Pacific. These portfolio percentages describe Mubadala, not all UAE investors.
For businesses seeking international partners, this investment map is useful context. A project still needs a clear commercial case, credible counterparties, defined responsibilities and realistic milestones before potential partners can assess it.
From Thaddeus International Investment Consultant’s perspective, effective cross-border development depends on coordination among project sponsors, advisers, financial institutions and operating partners. Documentation and due diligence help each party understand the opportunity and its current stage.
Thaddeus follows international investment developments from its UAE base. This analysis does not imply that Thaddeus participates in the investments or institutions covered by Agenparl.
